A toast to my willy-nilly heart:
Love love.
Slowly, drink in the love everywhere.
In time, the clarity comes.
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in.

Photo - Last Friday, I took a Sharpie to my empty, paper coffee cup.
I couldn't help myself.
Your ability to make the most everyday thing beautiful art is amazing!
ReplyDeleteHey, Jenny... you are a doodeler! (If that's a word)
ReplyDeleteYou mess maker, sharpie lover you.
ReplyDeleteA white cup and a sharpie...the thing dreams are made of. Love it.

jenny - sharpie art now!!! cool. the leonard cohen line is a personal fave of mine. steven
ReplyDeleteI can't draw worth a crap, but I'm a bang-up doodler. As long as I don't think about what I'm doodling, that is.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to tell you about my tattoodle some time.
Sharpies are awesome. Except when your two-year-old takes one to the wall. And the coffee table. And the kitchen floor.
Hey Jenny, most of my doodling happens at the occasional meeting I attend. Depending on the degree of boringness my agenda and other hand outs have become works of art!
ReplyDeleteSteve
