What a question!!Of course it would help. Cultivating love is exactly what the world needs most urgently. Notice that God is in every sentient being you encounter, and no need to stay in bed. Love is all we need.
Actually, I just did this, and it helped a lot!The letter was addressed to a person I love, but it was equally a letter to myself and to God. Because in love, we're One.
