Roar

Courage doesn't always roar.

Sometimes courage is

the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,

"I will try again tomorrow."

-Author Unknown

I want to be ready to roar.
I woke up ready to roar.
But I have a feeling that come bedtime,
I will simply be willing to try again tomorrow.

  1. My life and my gratitude is wrapped around being able to try again tomorrow. Sometimes it's a roar and sometimes it's a purr, but I always try again.

  2. Jenny.. very good. Gods time is not our time. Groan! Sometimes it pays to wait on Him. This is my experienced. Frustrating but usually works out better.

  3. Hi, Jenny. No need to roar. Sometimes the greatest efforts are those made to keep quiet when saying something would we unhelpful.

Courage is feeling fear and acting in spite of the fear. It's panic weakened by action. At least that's how courage feels to me.

  4. Most days it's one foot in front of the other. Then, miraculously, some days you see how far you've actually come. Lovely post.
