Not long ago I was watching a TV documentary on a famous artist who's form of art was collage; it explained how he combined words with images to create impact visually and mentally, of course each mind is different and each person picks up images and words in a different manner but when you combine them... This art piece wouldn't be complete without the message you wrote; the message alone is great , the image is sweet, but together ... Innocent looking but powerfully thought provoking. I have to ask something... To me polka dots are so femenine (used with pink it gives it a softly femenine touch ) and stripes are masculine. I would even say the polka dots look "moony" (with the soft white almost ray like hue you use) which is also femenine and the yellow background in the stripes made me think of the sun (masculine) , so may I ask if this was intentional or maybe I'm reading into it too much?
Thanks for sharing the comment about your engagement, such a happy announcement, Congratulations!
